Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of your Wild Edge package, please inspect all product(s) immediately. If you discover any damage, defect, or issue with your order, contact us at customerservice@wildedgeinc.com within 7 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact our customer service department to initiate a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be in good condition.

Wild Edge Inc. reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom rope orders (cut-to-length or configured per request)

Gift cards

Clearance, discontinued, or bargain cave items.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including:

Original delivery fee

Return shipping fee to Wild Edge Inc.

A restocking fee of $5.00 to $20.00 may apply, depending on the item

These charges will be deducted from your refund

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear on your statement.
